Rikhh Seller Account Deletion Process –

1. Accessing Account Deletion – 

Go to the Profile section in the app.

Locate the Account Delete option.

2. Deletion Timeline:

Once you request to delete your account, it will be scheduled for deletion after 30 days.

If you log in within this 30-day period, the deletion request will be canceled, and your account will remain active.

3. Pending Commission:

You cannot delete your account if there is any pending commission payment.

The outstanding amount will be clearly displayed in the Profile section.

Clear the amount to proceed with account deletion.

4. Terms of Deletion:

Ensure that all dues are settled and that there are no active products or services listed under your account before initiating the deletion process.
