RIKHH Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

RIKHH is a digital marketplace platform that connects independent Sellers and Buyers. RIKHH itself is not the manufacturer, seller, reseller, distributor, delivery provider, courier company, or owner of third party products listed on the platform unless specifically stated otherwise.

RIKHH only provides technology infrastructure, listing services, affiliate systems, promotional tools, and communication systems that allow Sellers and Buyers to interact.

All product related responsibilities including but not limited to the items below shall remain solely the responsibility of the respective Seller.

RIKHH shall not be responsible or liable for disputes between Buyers and Sellers regarding products, deliveries, damages, refunds, or services.

• Product quality.
• Product authenticity.
• Pricing.
• Packaging.
• Shipping.
• Delivery.
• Warranty.
• Refunds.
• Returns.
• Customer support.
• Product legality.

"Platform" means the RIKHH website, mobile applications, systems, and related services.

"Seller" means any person, business, store owner, or entity listing products on RIKHH.

"Affiliate User" means a registered user who shares affiliate enabled product links through the RIKHH affiliate system.

"Buyer" or "Customer" means any person purchasing products listed by Sellers on the platform.

"Affiliate Commission" means the commission percentage selected and funded by the Seller for eligible successful purchases generated through affiliate links.

Sellers may voluntarily enable affiliate promotion for selected products available on the platform.

Sellers may choose products eligible for affiliate sharing, set commission percentages, modify affiliate settings at any time, and disable affiliate promotion whenever required.

By enabling affiliate promotion, the Seller authorizes RIKHH to display affiliate enabled products to affiliate users for promotional sharing.

Sellers understand and agree that affiliate commissions are promotional expenses funded by the Seller.

Affiliate Users may share affiliate enabled product links through lawful channels including social media, messaging applications, blogs, websites, online communities, and promotional content.

Affiliate Users shall not use spam methods, mislead customers, create fake traffic, generate fake purchases, use automated bots, make false claims, misrepresent products or Sellers, use illegal advertising practices, or violate intellectual property rights.

RIKHH reserves the right to investigate, suspend, restrict, remove, or permanently terminate affiliate access for suspicious, fraudulent, abusive, or policy violating activities.

Affiliate commissions shall only become eligible when all of the following conditions are successfully completed.

Affiliate commissions shall not apply to cancelled orders, returned products, refunded transactions, fake orders, self purchases, duplicate transactions, fraudulent activity, manipulated orders, or policy violating purchases.

RIKHH reserves the right to determine the final validity of affiliate transactions.

• A valid Customer purchases through a valid affiliate link.
• The order is successfully completed.
• The product is delivered where applicable.
• The Seller successfully receives payment.
• Refund, cancellation, return, or dispute review periods are completed.
• The order passes fraud and verification checks.

Affiliate commission percentages are determined solely by the Seller.

RIKHH does not guarantee any fixed income, traffic, business growth, sales volume, or earnings for affiliate users.

Commission calculations may exclude taxes, shipping charges, discounts, refunds, failed transactions, payment gateway fees, or other applicable deductions.

Affiliate commission payouts to Affiliate Users shall only be processed after the respective Seller successfully pays the applicable commission amount to RIKHH or through the platform payout system.

Affiliate Users acknowledge and agree that commission payouts depend on successful settlement from the Seller side, affiliate commission shall only become payable after successful order verification and Seller payment confirmation, standard payout processing may take up to 7 working days after successful settlement and verification, and payment processing may sometimes take longer due to banking procedures, technical interruptions, payment gateway delays, fraud verification reviews, public holidays, legal compliance checks, operational issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

RIKHH and WORKERS CIVILIZATION shall not be held responsible for temporary payout delays caused by banking delays, payment gateway failures, technical problems, government restrictions, fraud investigations, Seller payment delays, verification procedures, server interruptions, force majeure events, or operational or system related issues beyond reasonable control.

Affiliate commissions are not guaranteed until successfully processed and released by the platform.

RIKHH reserves the right to hold, reverse, adjust, delay, investigate, or cancel commissions in cases involving suspicious activity, fake transactions, refunds, disputes, policy violations, legal obligations, or fraud prevention measures.

RIKHH itself does not directly provide delivery, shipping, logistics, transportation, courier, or fulfillment services unless specifically stated for selected services.

All delivery, shipping, packaging, courier handling, and logistics responsibilities belong solely to the respective Seller or third party logistics provider selected by the Seller.

RIKHH shall not be responsible for delayed deliveries, lost packages, damaged shipments, courier misconduct, delivery failures, incorrect shipping information, or logistics disputes.

Customers acknowledge that purchases are made directly from independent Sellers through the platform.

Sellers are solely responsible for product listings, product legality, inventory management, pricing accuracy, delivery arrangements, customer communication, refund handling, tax compliance, affiliate commission funding, and product authenticity.

Sellers agree not to list prohibited, illegal, counterfeit, harmful, or policy violating products.

Affiliate Users acknowledge that participation in the affiliate program does not create any employment, partnership, agency, franchise, investment, or ownership relationship with RIKHH or WORKERS CIVILIZATION.

Affiliate Users are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, tax obligations, advertising standards, promotional regulations, and platform policies.

RIKHH reserves full rights to monitor affiliate activities, clicks, traffic, referrals, purchases, and user behavior for fraud prevention, security, compliance, and operational purposes.

RIKHH may suspend accounts, cancel commissions, remove products, restrict services, hold payouts, or take legal action against users involved in fake referrals, fake orders, artificial traffic, automated activity, self referrals, payment manipulation, scam activities, misleading promotions, or policy violations.

All trademarks, logos, branding, software, systems, content, and platform materials related to RIKHH remain the exclusive property of WORKERS CIVILIZATION unless otherwise stated.

Users may not reproduce, copy, misuse, distribute, or exploit platform materials without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, RIKHH, WORKERS CIVILIZATION, its owners, employees, developers, affiliates, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for product disputes, Seller misconduct, delivery failures, payment delays, affiliate income loss, technical interruptions, data loss, business losses, third party actions, service interruptions, or indirect or consequential damages.

All services are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation or guaranteed availability.

RIKHH reserves the right to suspend, restrict, disable, or permanently terminate any account involved in fraudulent activity, fake transactions, illegal promotions, spam activities, harmful conduct, copyright infringement, misuse of affiliate systems, or policy violations.

RIKHH reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the affiliate system, commission structure, payout process, platform features, or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the platform after updates shall constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of India.

Any disputes arising in relation to these Terms shall fall under the jurisdiction of competent courts located in Assam, India.

By listing products, sharing affiliate links, purchasing products, enabling affiliate promotions, or using any service on RIKHH, all users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
