Delete Account Policy
Users of RIKHH may request permanent deletion of their account directly from the application.
To delete your account.
- Open the RIKHH app.
- Go to Profile.
- Scroll down and select Delete Account.
- Select the confirmation box.
- Submit the delete account request.
Deletion Processing.
After submitting the request, the account deletion process may take up to 30 days for complete removal from active systems.
During this period, certain information may be temporarily retained for the following reasons.
- Legal obligations.
- Fraud prevention.
- Dispute handling.
- Security purposes.
- Financial or transaction related requirements where applicable.
After Deletion.
Once the deletion process is completed, users may lose access to the following items.
- Account information.
- Affiliate data.
- Product listings.
- Uploaded reels or videos.
- Order related information.
- Platform services associated with the account.
RIKHH and WORKERS CIVILIZATION reserve the right to retain limited information where required under applicable laws, security requirements, or operational obligations.
