RIKHH Reel and Product Video Terms and Conditions

The RIKHH Reel feature is only intended for uploading product related short videos for promotional and marketplace purposes.

Users are not allowed to upload the following types of content.

• Educational videos.
• Movies or TV clips.
• Personal unrelated content.
• Copyrighted content.
• Copyrighted music.
• Political content.
• Harmful or illegal content.
• Adult content.
• Violent content.
• Misleading promotional content.

All videos uploaded on RIKHH may be manually reviewed by the platform team before being published publicly.

RIKHH reserves the right to reject, restrict, remove, or not approve any video that violates platform policies or contains the following material.

Video approval is solely at the discretion of RIKHH.

• Copyrighted music.
• Copyrighted videos or images.
• Trademark violations.
• Harmful or illegal content.
• Misleading promotions.
• Spam or low quality content.
• Unrelated content.
• Policy violating material.

Users may only upload videos, audio, music, images, and content that they legally own or have permission to use.

If any uploaded video is found to contain copyrighted materials without authorization, the video may be rejected or removed from the platform.

Repeated copyright violations may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

Users and Sellers are solely responsible for the videos and content they upload on the platform.

By uploading content, users confirm that the following statements are true.

• They own the content or have legal rights to use it.
• The content does not violate copyright laws.
• The content follows platform policies and applicable laws.

Product videos must only be related to products available or intended for listing on the RIKHH platform.

False claims, fake offers, misleading discounts, or fraudulent promotions are strictly prohibited.

RIKHH and WORKERS CIVILIZATION shall not be held liable for user uploaded content, copyright violations by users, rejected videos, removed content, or disputes arising from uploaded videos.

All uploads are submitted at the user's own responsibility.

RIKHH reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate accounts involved in the following activities.

• Copyright infringement.
• Fake promotions.
• Spam activity.
• Illegal content.
• Harmful conduct.
• Repeated policy violations.

By uploading, viewing, or sharing Reel or Product Short Videos on RIKHH, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
