RIKHH is a digital marketplace platform that connects independent Sellers and Buyers.

RIKHH itself is not the direct seller, manufacturer, delivery provider, courier service, or owner of third party products listed by Sellers unless specifically stated.

RIKHH only provides a platform where Sellers can list products and Buyers can discover and purchase products.

Users may need to create an account to access certain features of the platform.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and activities.

Users agree to provide accurate and updated information while using the platform.

Sellers are solely responsible for the following matters.

RIKHH shall not be responsible for disputes between Buyers and Sellers regarding products, deliveries, damages, or refunds.

• Product listings.
• Product pricing.
• Product legality.
• Product quality.
• Shipping and delivery.
• Customer communication.
• Refund handling.
• Product warranties where applicable.

Buyers are responsible for reviewing product details before making purchases.

Buyers agree not to misuse the platform, create fake orders, or engage in fraudulent activities.

RIKHH may provide affiliate sharing features where users can share product links and earn commissions on eligible successful purchases.

Affiliate commissions are determined by Sellers and are payable only after successful order completion, verification, and Seller payment confirmation.

RIKHH reserves the right to hold, delay, reverse, or cancel affiliate commissions in cases involving fraud, refunds, disputes, fake orders, or policy violations.

RIKHH may allow users and Sellers to upload product related short videos or reels.

All uploaded videos may be manually reviewed before being publicly visible.

Videos containing copyrighted music, copyrighted content, harmful material, misleading promotions, or policy violating content may be rejected or removed.

Users are solely responsible for uploaded content.

Users shall not engage in the following activities.

• Upload illegal content.
• Upload copyrighted materials without permission.
• Engage in fraud or scams.
• Create fake orders or fake reviews.
• Mislead Buyers or Sellers.
• Use spam methods.
• Harm the platform or other users.
• Violate applicable laws or regulations.

RIKHH itself does not directly provide delivery, shipping, courier, transportation, or logistics services unless specifically stated.

All delivery and shipping responsibilities belong solely to the respective Sellers or third party service providers selected by Sellers.

RIKHH shall not be responsible for delayed deliveries, lost packages, damaged products, or courier related disputes.

RIKHH reserves the right to review, reject, remove, restrict, or disable any content, listing, reel, product, or account that violates platform policies or applicable laws.

All trademarks, logos, branding, software, platform systems, and content related to RIKHH remain the property of WORKERS CIVILIZATION unless otherwise stated.

Users may not copy, misuse, reproduce, or distribute platform materials without permission.

RIKHH reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account involved in the following activities.

• Fraudulent activity.
• Copyright violations.
• Spam activities.
• Harmful conduct.
• Fake promotions.
• Policy violations.
• Illegal activities.

WORKERS CIVILIZATION and RIKHH shall not be liable for the following matters.

All services are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.

• Seller disputes.
• Product quality issues.
• Delivery failures.
• User generated content.
• Technical interruptions.
• Data loss.
• Third party actions.
• Business losses.
• Affiliate payout delays.

RIKHH reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed under the laws of India.

Any disputes arising under these terms shall fall under the jurisdiction of competent courts located in Assam, India.
