Seller Account Delete Policy
Sellers using RIKHH may request permanent deletion of their Seller account directly from the application.
To delete your Seller account.
- Open the RIKHH app.
- Go to Profile.
- Scroll down and select Delete Account.
- Select the confirmation box.
- Submit the delete account request.
Deletion Eligibility.
Seller accounts may only be eligible for deletion if there are no pending obligations on the platform including the following items.
- Pending platform fees.
- Pending affiliate commissions.
- Payment disputes.
- Refund related issues.
- Outstanding dues or balances.
- Ongoing policy investigations.
If any pending payment, commission, fee, or unresolved issue exists, the account deletion request may be temporarily rejected or delayed until all obligations are successfully completed and verified.
Deletion Processing.
After all pending dues are cleared and the deletion request is approved, the account deletion process may take up to 30 days for complete removal from active systems.
During this period, certain information may be temporarily retained for the following reasons.
- Legal obligations.
- Fraud prevention.
- Tax or financial compliance.
- Security purposes.
- Dispute handling.
- Operational requirements.
After Deletion.
Once the deletion process is completed, Sellers may permanently lose access to the following items.
- Seller dashboard.
- Product listings.
- Affiliate information.
- Uploaded content.
- Customer interactions.
- Earnings and reports.
- Platform services associated with the account.
RIKHH and WORKERS CIVILIZATION reserve the right to retain limited information where required under applicable laws, security requirements, payment verification, or operational obligations.
